Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours is a registered tour operator based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

LANGUAGES

Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours conducts tours in English (foreign languages are arranged upon clients’ request).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

All bookings for our tours, safaris, and transfers must be prepaid before the tour departure. A 100% payment is required to reserve the booking for all our day tours and safaris, and a 50% deposit is required for all our multi-day tours and safaris.

CANCELLATION BY MHLANGANISI TRAVEL AND TOURS

Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour, safari, or transfers. Clients will be notified in time, and a full refund will be paid.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS

Clients have the right to cancel the tour. Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours will refund the client’s full payment 30 days before the tour departure.

3 days before tour departure: No refund will be issued.
7 days before tour departure: 50% will be paid to the clients.
10 days before tour departure: 65% will be paid to the clients.
20 days before tour departure: 75% will be paid to the clients.
30 days before departure: Full refund will be issued.

OUR VEHICLE

All our vehicles are clean at all times, and our air-conditioning works continuously. Our clients are covered by an accredited insurer for passengers’ liability cover, with each client covered for 1 million rand.

OUR STAFF

Drivers and Guides working for Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours are well-trained and registered with the accredited authority (THETA) Tourism, Hospitality, Sports, Education, and Training Authority.
Our guides and drivers are professional, punctual, experienced, happy, smart, and have worked in the tourism industry for many years.

AGE

Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours welcomes people of different age groups, although children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. We offer wheelchairs to clients with walking challenges, and seats for infants or children are available upon request during booking.

INSURANCE

All clients traveling with Mhlanganisi Travel and Tours must have travel insurance covering medical prescriptions and personal accident cover.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all methods of payments:

Online payments (done through our secured and safe online payment solution – PayFast). Payment links will be sent via clients’ email or WhatsApp.
On-site payments: Mhlanganisi Travel and Tour also provides credit card machines for clients to pay on-site.
EFT: Clients are welcome to transfer cash to our company banking accounts, and emails with banking details will be sent to the clients.
